Welcome to the UAT, and thank you for participating in this beta testing phase as industry tester.

How to participate:

Before starting the UAT, you should gain access to the eAF portal. To support this activity, we have published the Guide to Registration, as well as two Access Management Troubleshooting Sessions. Shortly after your access request is approved by the administrator of your organisation, you will be able to sign-in into the UAT eAF portal. Feel free to perform all the necessary exploratory test, and get familiar with the website. There is also a recording available of the DADI eAF training and Q&A Webinar, where the use of the portal is demonstrated. Additionally, we have just published the draft version of our eAF Portal Navigation Guide.
The next step is to read the Business scenarios page. During the UAT, you will be using the portal to generate applications, by generating applications as close as possible to real life scenarios. In this document, we propose multiple user journeys so that you can cover as many scenarios as possible.
When following one of the business scenarios or exploratory testing, you might encounter issues. Bugs must be reported to Test Coordinators, using the template described in the Bug reporting template forum thread. Please remember to add as many details as possible in order to reproduce the issue, and screenshots showing the error.
Once a day, we will provide a daily export of the known issues in the Currently reported issues forum thread. You can use this page to avoid reporting the same issue multiple times.
Feel free to open new discussions in the Beta UAT forum.
