The main purpose of DADI UAT Coordinators is to report consolidated feedback about the user experiences on the DADI eAF Portal to the EMA. As a coordinator, you will be our contact point for all issues reported to you.
The main activities of coordinators throughout and after testing will consist of:
- Collect feedback from testers
- Consult already reported issues in the Azure DevOps backlog
- If the issue is not yet in the system, report it following the bug reporting template guidelines
- If the issue is already known, consider to complement it by adding additional comments and screenshots
- Follow up call for retests when an issue is fixed
- Participate in the coordination checkpoints
- Participate in the general sessions with testers and DADI team
Every morning an updated version of the reported issues will be published in the currently reported issues forum thread. That's why we kindly ask you to introduce all findings in Azure DevOps on a daily basis.
